Pre-orders, Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Nature of Sales — Pre-order

The products offered on this site are available exclusively for pre-order.
This means that:

  • Items are manufactured only after orders are confirmed

  • Production begins once a minimum threshold is reached

  • No inventory is held in advance

This model aims to limit overproduction and reduce environmental impact.

  1. Production and Delivery Times

Due to our pre-order system:

  • Delivery times include production time

  • These times are estimates and may vary

The customer acknowledges and accepts these times at the time of ordering.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of product delivery to all our customers (including Switzerland and the European Union).
However, this right does not apply to:

  • Products strictly personalized or tailor-made to the customer's specific measurements.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is free as long as the pre-order period is open. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled before delivery. You will need to wait for delivery to initiate a standard return.

An order may be canceled as long as the pre-order period is open

  • Once production has begun, the order becomes final and non-refundable

  1. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item within the 14-day period after delivery:

  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unworn, unused, and in strictly new condition.

  • Return Location: Our logistics center is located in China. All returns must be shipped directly to this international warehouse.

  • Return Cost: International shipping costs are the exclusive and full responsibility of the customer. No refund will be provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • Refund: Once the package is received and inspected by our team in China, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock.
They may be considered only:

  • In the event of a defective product

  • Or an error in the order

Subject to availability.

  1. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product:

  • You must contact customer service within 48 hours

  • Provide supporting evidence (photos)

After verification:

  • A refund, credit, or replacement may be offered
  • Return shipping costs will be covered

The customer is required to:

  • Carefully check sizes, descriptions, and specifications

  • Ensure that the information provided at the time of ordering is accurate
